Swimming Letter Term 1-2015 (Room 16)

Dear Parents / Caregivers

Firstly, welcome back to Howick Primary School.  We hope you have all had a great holiday and are looking forward to the year ahead.

We are fortunate to have our own pool and will start using it on Monday 9^th of February.

Please note that swimming is a compulsory part of the school’s programme.  If your child is sick or injured however, please write a note excusing them from that day’s swimming.

A plastic bag is needed to keep all your child’s clothing in during changing time.  It would be a big help to us if you could please check your child’s clothing, including footwear, and ensure each item is clearly named.  A big thank you to all parents who have already named all items of their children’s clothing.

Please note that it is compulsory for all children to wear a swimming cap for every lesson. 

Weather permitting the swimming times for Room 16 this term are:

* Monday at 2.25pm                * Tuesday at 1.30 pm               * Thursday at 12.00 pm

Parent help during these sessions would be much appreciated.  Please complete the form below if you are able to help on any of these days and return it to your child’s teacher.
